This registration will allow you to sign up for participation, submit payment and provide contact information. Please read through each page carefully to ensure all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Santa Rosa Junior Hockey Club.

• Each player must be pre-registered online prior to tryouts. There will be no on-site registrations.
• This registration is NOT for Mites. A separate registration will be made available later in the year for Mites Assessments.
• This is an abbreviated registration for the purpose of tryouts only. Prior to the start of the 2023-2024 season we will provide a full registration and financial agreement.
• Please review the below links before proceeding.  You will need to confirm you are familiar with this information during registration.

If your account has an outstanding balance, your player will be unable to participate in the tryouts until account balance is paid in full.

2023-2024 USA HOCKEY AGE GROUPS

The Santa Rosa Flyers organization follows the conditions of participation of the following governing bodies and has adopted them as part of this contract:

• USA Hockey Participant Code of Conduct which includes Codes of Conduct for Parents, Players, Spectators, Administration and Officials; click here for Codes of Conduct

The Santa Rosa Flyers organization has zero tolerance for any violations of these conditions and reserves the right to remove any person from participation who exhibits behavior contrary to the expectations of USA Hockey and the Santa Rosa Flyers, including but not limited to suspension, a probationary term, or expulsion from the program. Further, financial sanctions could be applied as outlined in the CAHA Guidebook. It is the responsibility of each member to read and become familiar with these Codes of Conduct as they will be enforced in the interest of a safe and positive environment.

Each player must be registered with USA Hockey for the 2023-2024 season, and will need their USA Hockey Confirmation Number to complete this registration.

If you do not already have a USA Hockey number you will need to register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup.

• Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
